The Mint & Lily mobile messaging program (the "Program") is operated by Fanrock, Inc., a Delaware corporation doing business as Mint & Lily. By opting in to the Program, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and personalized text messages (e.g., SMS and MMS) — such as promotions, offers, and cart reminders — at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply; check with your mobile carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel; you may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. For help, reply HELP or contact support@mintandlily.com.

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and are the account holder for (or have the account holder’s permission to use) the phone number provided. If you change or deactivate your number, please notify us so we can update our records.

We may modify these Mobile Messaging Terms from time to time by posting the updated terms on this page; changes apply prospectively. The Program is subject to our Terms of Service — including its dispute-resolution provisions — and our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your information.
